The Yoga Hive in Daphne to shut down new Bee Yoga classes effective immediately.

The hottest Hot Yoga joint in old town Daphne just got hotter this week when it started it's new live bumblebee yoga class where participants crank out warrior poses with the ambient buzz of our six legged friends. With the popularity of Alpaca, Cat, and Goat Yoga classes, how could The Yoga Hive not join in! The object of the class was to work through each yoga pose without letting the violent sting happy bees sense your fear. Once the bee senses your adrenal glands pumping, they turn into kamikaze warriors with intentions for pain. At this moment all classes are cancelled until further notice because the first class was "too awesome", the owners told TFI.

Fairhope History Tidbits

The store stood alone in the area where the owner produced sweaters for alligators and squirrels before settlers eventually moved in and stole the Fairhope title. The name originally meant "A Fair Hope for warm alligators.".

Quail Creek hosting annual "Harvest Night" where older residents eat that one young couple that just moved there.

Fairhope's most happening community Quail Creek Is set to host their annual "Harvest Night" next Saturday throughout the subdivision which runs along 181 and Lawrence road. Plans were announced earlier this week when an unsuspecting young couple closed on their home in the neighborhood, and the scent of fresh youth lofted through the air on the adjacent Golf course. Next Saturday the elderly will descent upon the new residents with intentions of draining their life force and vitality through supernatural means. Afterwards, cake and cookies will be provided by Louis and Myrtle, and there will be a benefit Golf tournament.
