City Council approves new Moratorium on all Moratoriums on developments.

(Fairhope, Al)-  Thursday evening the Fairhope City Council unanimously approved a 12 year moratorium and all new development moratoriums within city limits. The new moratorium will override the recent moratorium on small subdivision developments in Fairhope and will allow developers to resume construction without limitations. The City states that tens of developers were put out by the last moratorium and were forced to stop all construction and resume their other hobbies of swimming in gold coins Scrooge McDuck style, and knocking ice cream cones out of babies hands for sport. The new moratorium comes just in time, as many were impatiently awaiting the collapse of all infrastructure in hopes of more affordable housing in the city.
