Iconic bookstore Page & Palette changes name to Screen & Tablet to draw in younger crowd.

Big changes are coming to Fairhope's de la Mare district this fall stemming from the local hot spot Page & Palette. The bookstore/bar/cafe/concert venue has been for decades a gathering spot for free thinkers, beret wearers, and old men heatedly debating the best flavor of Ensure over black coffee. Owner Karin "Wolff of Section Street" Wilson decided it's time for a change. Soon, the business will undergo a name change to The Screen & Tablet to help promote the business to a younger crowd. The store will still sell books, but will shift it's focus to developing Tik Tok dances. The store will also begin to sell 90's era clothing and act like this is groundbreaking fashion, all with ultra fast free wifi available for live streaming.
