Lot near Fairhope Subway to be utilized in future Fairhope driving tests.

Any Fairhoper who has navigated the Plantation Pointe shopping center lots during lunchtime knows that it's not for the faint of heart. The City of Fairhope government took note of this and had the idea to incorporate the lot into the official drivers exam for licensees. The updated test will change in June and feature a completely new method of testing.  Testers will undergo a rigorous exam that will require them to first drop off a package at UPS, then pick up a Subway Sandwich (ring that bell), and lastly pay for a pedicure all at 11am on a Monday while not hitting any cars, people, or seagulls. The Fairhope DMV has run mock exams for several focus groups and no one has passed as of yet.
