Local Realtor gives case of beer, a bushwacker, and kayak with every Fish River home purchase.
Families in the market for a new home in the Fairhope area will be thrilled to know that local Real Estate Agent Jan Dorgan is offering booze and boats for all Fish River properties sold in 2020. Fish River folks know that living the river life is more than just owning a house, it's a lifestyle. People who purchase homes here without researching beforehand often find themselves completely changed after the first year. Their morning coffee quickly gets replaced by a Mocha Bushwacker. They open their closet one day to find that all they own are those backflap fishing shirts in pastels. They get in the car to head to work but find that they really hopped on a pontoon to Pirate's Cove. This can be shocking for those unsuspecting the Salt Life, which has more to do with a state of mind than the salinity of the water.
The offer may not last long though, as Jan is coming down from a Bushwacker or three, and is doubting if this was a good idea. Until then, go get your house on stilts and claim the kayak and the case of Coors.
